Packers and Movers Bills for Claim- Check & Collect Documents for hassle free processing
When you hire a moving company to shift household items you are required to submit to the company for easier and hassle free claim processing.
In order to do the same you are required to collect 4 Documents
1. Packaging List
Packaging list is the document which will detail all your packed items, Please check the list thoroughly about the listed items and same has been handed over by you to the moving company. Please also check all the details have been mentioned on the Packaging list.
2. Lorry Receipt( LR)
Lorry receipt is document which will mention your pickup and drop address details along with Contact Number at destination.
3. Invoice or Bill
This document should have GSTIN Number; otherwise it is possible that you bills can get declined by your company for processing.
4. Cash Receipt
This document again should have GST Number.
Please check all these documents have been collected, if you do so your bills get easily processed for claim.
